National Awards 

Each year at its Annual Seminar, the Society honor four individuals under the following four award categories:
  • Public Service Award:  To be given to a member of the public sector for "professionalism, dedication, and accomplishment in the fight against fraudulent insurance claims and/or arson." 

  • President's Award:  To be given to a Society member for "outstanding and exceptional service to the Society."  Awarded at the discretion of the outgoing NSPII® President.

If you would like to nominate someone for one of the above awards for 2011, please click on the links for a copy of the Notice of NSPII® Awards Nominations (Notice of Award Nominations) and Award Nomination Form (Award Nomination Form).  Once the Award Nomination Form is completed, it may be e-mailed to nspii@nspii.com or sent by mail to NSPII, P.O. Box 88, Delaware, OH  43015.  The deadline is August 31, 2011.

Lifetime Member

 

Any member who has given continuous exemplary service to the Society for not less than 10 years may be recommended for Lifetime Membership.  The National Executive Board shall have the discretion to approve any such recommendation by an affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the full National Executive Board.  A Lifetime Member shall not be required to pay dues.  A Lifetime Member must pay member assessments at social functions, but is not required to attend the necessary meetings.

Ohio Chapter Awards

The two Ohio Chapter Awards are the Outstanding Service Award and the Investigator of the Year Award. The Outstanding Service Award goes to an individual, company, firm or organization; NSPII® member. The Investigator of the Year Award goes to an individual who is responsible for the investigation or prosecution of insurance fraud.
